  • Small group coaching and collaboration – this includes part day or full day leadership development forums for school/regional teams to enhance strategic thinking and planning and develop evidence-based approaches to performance improvement
  • Whole of leadership team coaching and support – part day, full day or extended partnership models to drive enhanced performance and school outcomes

About us:

Peter currently works with educational leaders to build high performance practices within and across teams and with individual leaders. Peter has been involved in State Education for almost 35 years and has served as Deputy Director-General, Regional Director, Assistant Regional Director, Executive Director, School Performance Reviewer (Teaching and Learning Auditor), Executive Principal, Principal, Deputy Principal, Head of Department, Year Co-Ordinator and classroom teacher in many parts of the State.
